Tạo nhóm Zalo PA (Create a group)

Tạo nhóm trên giao diện mặc định (Create a group on the default interface.)

Bước 1: Chọn kênh Zalo PA (Step 1: Select the Zalo PA channel.)

Từ giao diện mặc định, người dùng chọn kênh Zalo PA trong danh sách kênh bên trái. (From the default interface, the user selects the Zalo PA channel from the channel list on the left.)

Khi chọn Zalo PA, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị danh sách session của riêng kênh này. (When Zalo PA is selected, the system will display the session list specific to this channel.)

Bước 2: Nhấn icon “Cuộc trò chuyện mới” (Step 2: Click the “New Conversation” icon.)

Ở góc trên bên phải danh sách session sẽ xuất hiện icon "Cuộc trò chuyện mới. Click chọn vào icon này. (In the top-right corner of the session list, the “New Conversation” icon will appear. Click this icon.)

Bước 3: Chọn tùy chọn Tạo nhóm (Step 3: Select the Create Group option)

Một menu hiển thị các tùy chọn dành riêng cho Zalo PA. Chọn Tạo nhóm. (A menu with Zalo PA-specific options will appear. Select Create Group.)

Bước 4: Popup tạo nhóm (Step 4: Group creation popup)

Sau khi chọn Tạo nhóm, hệ thống mở popup Tạo nhóm Zalo PA. (After selecting Create Group, the system opens the Zalo PA Group Creation popup.)

Bước 5: Chọn tài khoản Zalo PA (Step 5: Select a Zalo PA account)

AntCRM cho phép tích hợp nhiều tài khoản Zalo PA. (AntCRM allows integration with multiple Zalo PA accounts.)

→ Vì vậy người dùng cần chọn tài khoản muốn dùng để tạo nhóm từ danh sách hiển thị. (Therefore, the user must choose which account to use for group creation from the displayed list.)

Bước 6: Nhập thông tin nhóm (Step 6: Enter group information)

Trong popup, nhập các thông tin sau: (In the popup, enter the following information)

Tên nhóm (nếu có) (Group name — optional)
Ảnh nhóm (tuỳ chọn) (Group image — optional)

Bước 7: Thêm thành viên vào nhóm (Step 7: Add members to the group)

Tại tìm kiếm → Nhập tên để tìm kiếm người dùng. (In the search field → Enter the name to search for users.)

Chọn thành viên muốn thêm bằng cách tick/nhấn chọn trong danh sách. (Select members to add by ticking/clicking them in the list.)

Bước 8: Tạo nhóm (Step 8: Create the group)

Kiểm tra lại thông tin trước khi tạo nhóm (nếu cần) (Review the information before creating the group if needed.)

Nhấn Tạo để hoàn tất việc tạo nhóm Zalo PA. (Click Create to complete the Zalo PA group creation.)

Tạo nhóm trên giao diện hợp nhất (Create a group on the unified interface)

Bước 1: Mở bất kỳ session thuộc kênh Zalo PA (Step 1: Open any session belonging to the Zalo PA channel)

Từ giao diện hợp nhất, người dùng nhấn vào session của một cuộc trò chuyện Zalo PA. (From the unified omni, the user clicks on a session of a Zalo PA conversation.)

Khi session Zalo PA được mở → hệ thống xác định kênh là Zalo PA. (When the Zalo PA session is opened, the system identifies the channel as Zalo PA.)

Bước 2: Nhấn icon “Cuộc trò chuyện mới” (Step 2: Click the “New Conversation” icon)

Sau khi mở session Zalo PA, icon "Cuộc trò chuyện mới" sẽ hiển thị. Click vào icon này. (After opening the Zalo PA session, the “New Conversation” icon will appear. Click this icon.)
