# 15. Cấu hình Cấu hình hiển thị (Configuring layout)

Tính năng này cho phép người dùng thiết lập cấu hình hiển thị

*(This feature allows user to set up configuring layout)*

Bước 1: Trên thanh menu trái, click **Thiết lập**

*(Step 1: On the left menu bar, click Settings.)*

Bước 2: Click nút **Hội thoại đa kênh**

*(Step 2: Click the Omni-channel Conversations button.)*

Bước 3: Mở phần **thiết lập khác**

*(Step 3: Open the other settings session.)*

Bước 4: Chọn **cấu hình hiển thị**

*(Step 4: Select Config layout)*

Bước 5: Tại giao diện cấu hình hiển thị, có thể bật/tắt kích hoạt tính năng
