# 2.1. Thêm User hỗ trợ (Add user support)

Bước 1. Đi đến trang thiết lập Fanpage - mục User hỗ trợ (theo hướng dẫn ở trên)

*(Step 1. Go to Fan Page setting page - **User support** section (according to the instructions above))*

Bước 2. Chọn hoặc tìm kiếm user để thêm vào danh sách user hỗ trợ

Nếu muốn xóa user ra khỏi danh sách hỗ trợ, hãy click nút **X**

Bước 2. Tick hoặc bỏ tick để tùy chỉnh nhận chat Zalo cho mỗi nhân viên hỗ trợ
