3.1. Gửi tin nhắn(Sending message)

Bước 1: Nhập nội dung tin nhắn vào ô chatbox

(Step 1: Enter the message content into the chatbox.)

Bước 2: Nhấn Enter để gửi tin

(Step 2: Press Enter to send the message.)

Hoặc chọn Danh sách mẫu tin nhắn- chọn từ mẫu tin nhắn và nhấn enter để gửi

(Or select from the Message Template List - choose a template and press Enter to send.)
