# 4. Thay đổi người phụ trách cho session (Changing the Session Owner)

Bước 1. Vào xem 1 tin nhắn bất kỳ

*(Step 1. View any message)*

Bước 2: Phía dưới tên của khách hàng có dòng “Phụ trách Nguyễn Thị Ny Na”

*(Step 2: Below the customer's name, there is a line that says 'In charge:* Nguyen Thi Ny Na*.)*

Bước 3: click vào nút chỉnh sửa bên cạnh để đổi người phân công

*(Step 3: Click the edit button next to it to change the assigned person.)*

Chọn Nhóm và Người chịu trách nhiệm và click **Phụ trách**

**(Có thể Ghi chú thêm nội dung để NV phụ trách mới có thể nắm thêm thông tin của session được phân công)**

*(Select the Group and Responsible Person, then click Assign.*

*(You can add a note with additional information to help the new responsible person understand the details of the assigned session.))*

Phía người được phân công phụ trách sẽ nhận được popup thông báo phân công như hình:

Click **Xem hội thoại ngay** để mở session được phân công, click **Để sau** để ở lại phiên làm việc hiện tại
