# Hướng dẫn sử dụng FAQ

### Cấu hình

**Bước 1:** Vào Thiết lập -> Thiết lập hội thoại đa kênh -> Cấu hình FAQ

Lúc này trên giao diện cho phép người dùng nhập thủ công hoặc import file dữ liệu vào hệ thống

**Bước 2.1:** Nhập thủ công 

* Nhập nội dung câu hỏi
* Nhập nội dung câu trả lời
* Bấm submit

Sau khi nhập dữ liệu, người dùng có thể xem lại được dữ liệu FAQ đã nhập và chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa đi

**Bước 2.2:** Import file dữ liệu có sẵn

**Lưu ý:**

* Cho phép import nhiều file dữ liệu
* Nếu xóa file dữ liệu, thì dữ liệu của file đó trong hệ thống sẽ bị xóa theo
* Nếu file import vào có trùng câu hỏi, thì hệ thống sẽ tự động cập nhật câu trả lời mới nhất từ file dữ liệu

### Sử dụng:

1. Trên giao diện người dùng bấm nút Hỏi Anbot để bật giao diện
2. Người dùng bấm chọn nút FAQ để chuyển qua giao diện sử dụng FAQ
3. Tại ô nhập từ khóa, người dùng nhập từ khóa cần tìm và nhấn Enter trên bàn phím
4. Lúc này sẽ hiển thị tất cả các câu hỏi có từ khóa liên quan
5. Người dùng bấm vào câu hỏi, hệ thống sẽ tự động hiển thị câu trả lời&#x20;
