# Ghi âm và xuất danh sách cuộc gọi

1. **Nghe và tải ghi âm**

Quyền supervisor hoặc admin sẽ có quyền truy cập lịch sử cuộc gọi để nghe lại toàn bộ ghi âm trên tổng đài. 

Các tài khoản member(nếu được cấp quyền xem lịch sử) sẽ nghe được ghi âm cuộc gọi của chính mình.

Tại bảng chi tiết cuộc gọi, ứng dụng cho phép bạn nhấn “Nghe” để nghe ghi âm trực tuyến

### 2. Xuất danh sách cuộc gọi

Tài khoản quyền supervisor hoặc admin được cấp quyền xuất data sẽ có thêm nút ![](/files/yDP6cKfHnCj8f2D67GTH) **Tải xuống** ở trang Lịch sử Cuộc gọi

Bấm nút Tải xuống sẽ mở popup **Tải về lịch sử cuộc gọi**\
Bấm nút **Xuất dữ liệu**, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị thanh download.

Khi đủ 100%, bấm vào **Tải về XLSX**  để tải về máy.
