# Chặn số quấy rối (Block spam numbers )

Bước 1. Đăng nhập Antbuddy ([antbuddy.com/signin](http://antbuddy.com/signin\)b%E1%BA%B1ng)) bằng tài khoản quản lý- Owner:

⇒ Click vào avatar và Chọn Tổng đầi AntRing&#x20;

(⇒ Choose AntRing AntRing Call Center)

Bước 2. tại trang quản trị , chọn Cấu hình tổng đài

Mở tab Danh sách chặn

(Step 2: At the administration page, Choose AntRing ⇒ Configuration

Open "Block list" tab

1. Bấm nút Thêm + Nhập tên danh sách chặn ⇒ Bấm dấu tick

   (Press Add + Enter blacklist name ⇒ Press tick mark)
2. Nhấn Kích Hoạt

   (Press Active)

Sau khi tạo danh sách chặn thành công, Bấm nút + tại Danh sách số điện thoại

Nhập SDT cần chặn và bấm dấu TICK để hoàn thành

(Enter phone number that you want to block and press tick to complete)
