# Thiết lập Brand Name theo Group

### 1. Setup cấu hình gọi ra từ Brand

#### Bước 1: Vào Antring >> Cấu hình tổng đài >> Cấu hình Brand >> Thêm

#### Bước 2: Điền tất cả thông tin cho Cấu hình điều hướng theo Brand:&#x20;

\- Tên brand: đặt tên dễ nhớ để thuận tiện cho nhân viên chọn lúc gọi

\- Danh sách số điện thoại: Chọn sdt để gọi ra cho Brandname ở trên

\- Áp dụng:  chọn nhóm áp dụng brandname này

++Tất cả : Mọi user trong hệ thống đều có thể chọn Brand này để gọi ra.&#x20;

++Theo nhóm (Group): Chỉ những user thuộc nhóm đó mới thấy và dùng được Brand đó.&#x20;

Bước 3: Bấm Cập nhật để hoàn tất thông tin

Bước 4: Tạo thông tin cho các Brandname còn lại

#### 3. Kích hoạt để áp dụng gọi ra bằng Brandname

### 2. Giao diện gọi ra chọn theo Brand&#x20;

Khi nhập số điện thoại vào callbar hoặc bấm click to call từ CRM thì giao diện callbar sẽ hiện thị màn hình chọn Brandname theo cấu hình.

Nhân viên nhấn chọn Brandname thì hệ thống mới bắt đầu gọi ra cho khách
